W&H Law Firm /Tokyo is composed of senior lawyers mainly engaged in foreign corporate, financial, and other legal affairs between China and Japan. The current members include multiple licensed lawyers from both China and Japan, licensed Japanese administrative scriveners, lawyer assistants, and other administrative staff. The head of the W&H Tokyo, Lawyer Song Wei, holds a Ph.D. from Yokohama National University and has studied and worked in Japan for over 20 years, with nearly a decade of experience in Sino-Japanese legal affairs. Other core senior lawyers in the team also have extensive experience studying and working in Japan, as well as rich practical experience in judicial departments in both China and Japan. Most team members hold master's degrees or higher, and all possess substantial hands-on experience in legal practice.
