W&H Law Firm (Tokyo Office) is the third overseas branch established by W&H Lawyers Group in 2018, and also the first overseas branch in Asia. As the core operational team of W&H Lawyers Group in Japan, Tokyo Office mainly engages in foreign-related legal affairs between China and Japan. It is a boutique, international, comprehensive law firm built through the collaborative efforts of a world-class team.

Tokyo Office is composed of senior lawyers mainly engaged in foreign corporate, financial, and other legal affairs between China and Japan. The current members include multiple licensed lawyers from both China and Japan, licensed Japanese administrative scriveners, paralegals, and other administrative staff. The head of Tokyo Office, Lawyer Song Wei, holds a Ph.D. from Yokohama National University and has studied and worked in Japan for over 20 years, with nearly a decade of experience in Sino-Japanese legal affairs. Other core senior lawyers in the team also have extensive experience studying and working in Japan, as well as rich practical experience in judicial departments in both China and Japan. Most team members hold master's degrees or higher, and all possess substantial hands-on experience in legal practice.

Tokyo Office covers a wide range of services, dedicated to resolving various civil and commercial disputes between China and Japan, assisting Chinese nationals in investing and establishing companies in Japan, supporting the operations and immigration needs of Chinese enterprises, and addressing the diverse legal requirements of the Chinese community in Japan. Additionally, the firm focuses on providing legal services for Japanese companies investing in China. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, financial capital markets, corporate management, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, equity transfers, trusts, and other non-litigation legal services.
