1. Representing creditors, debtors, and other relevant parties in applying to the People's Court for the bankruptcy of a debtor
2. Serving as legal counsel for stakeholders such as debtors, restructuring parties, shareholders, and creditors in the reorganization or restructuring of listed or non-listed companies
3. Accepting appointments by the People's Court to act as administrator in bankruptcy cases
4. Conducting due diligence on the debt restructuring affairs and asset status of distressed enterprises and potential restructuring parties upon entrustment, and proposing solutions
