Supreme People's Court (2019) Zui Gao Fa Min Zhong No. 167, a dispute over a cooperative real estate development project. This case was included in the book "Minutes of Judges' Meetings of the Second Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court" and serves as a guiding reference for determining how a party breaching a contract in cooperative development should bear liability for the breach.

Supreme People's Court (2017) Min Zhong No. 118, a case involving damages for preservation of a real estate project, which set the highest record in China for compensation awarded due to wrongful preservation. This case was selected as a guiding precedent in Issue 10, 2018 of the "Gazette of the Supreme People's Court", providing judicial guidance on the rules for calculating compensation in cases of wrongful preservation of real estate projects.

Supreme People's Court Case (2011) Min Er Zhong Zi No. 108: A case involving equity repurchase in a cooperative development project. This case was included in the 2012 "Guiding Cases of Commercial Adjudication of the Supreme People's Court" and serves as a guiding reference for standardizing the legal application of equity repurchase in real estate project companies.

Beijing Arbitration Commission Case 2009 Jing Zhong Cai Zi No. 0343: A construction project dispute case. The Beijing Evening News published a full-page report on the representing lawyer Yang Ming, titled "Resolving the Challenge of Withdrawal in Engineering Disputes, Promoting the Timely Resumption of Stalled Construction Projects".
