W&H Law Firm was established in 1995 as a large partnership law firm founded by key lawyers from the former China Legal Affairs Center of the Ministry of Justice. Headquartered in Beijing, China, W&H operates over 50 branches domestically and internationally, with more than 4,000 practicing attorneys, making it one of China's largest comprehensive law firms.

W&H boasts a first-rate professional legal services team, bringing together a large number of highly qualified, deeply knowledgeable, and experienced legal professionals. Most attorneys graduated from renowned domestic and international law schools, with many possessing prior experience working in domestic legislative bodies, judicial administrative agencies, multinational corporations, large state-owned enterprises, and financial institutions.
