Corporate legal business is the key business area of W&H. With the long-time accumulation of specialization and standardization in this field, W&H has been listed on the Corporate/Commercial Law Firm list by Chambers and Partners for many consecutive years. A number of lawyers have been employed as members of the Supreme People's Procuratorate Civil Administrative Litigation Supervision Case Expert Committee, hearing officer of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, litigation service volunteers of the Supreme People's Court Litigation Service Center, and expert lawyers of CCTV Legal Lecture Hall expert database. The comprehensive successful cases of the agency were compiled into the Bulletin of the Supreme People's Court and the Guidance on Commercial Trial of the Second Civil Division of the Supreme People's Court.
