W&H Law Firm /Yan'an

W&H Yan'an was established in February 2015 as the first prefecture-level branch set up by W&H Law Firm in Northwest China, based in the historic revolutionary city of Yan'an. It currently has 40 staff members, including over 30 practicing lawyers. The firm adheres to the Yan'an Spirit in its operations and talent development, integrating Party building with legal practice. It has established a distinctive Party building model, "Five Commitments, One Vision Under Red Leadership", cultivating a high-quality team of lawyers committed to the Party's leadership, the rule of law, and the professional integrity.

W&H Yan'an has been consecutively recognized with numerous honors, including the Ministry of Justice's titles of "National Advanced Collective for Public Legal Services" and "National Advanced Primary Party Organization in the Legal Profession", the Shaanxi Provincial CPC Organization Department's designation as a "Five-Star Party Organization", as well as accolades from Shaanxi Province for "Excellence in Legal Aid Work" and from Yan'an City as an "Outstanding Law Firm" and "Outstanding Charitable Organization". It has successively been designated as a Party building liaison point for Xiong Xuanguo, Secretary of the National Lawyer Industry Party Committee and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Justice, and Li Aiping, Secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Lawyer Industry Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Department of Justice of Shaanxi Province, and has been appointed by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice as a Model Site for Party Building Work.
