W&H Law Firm /Shenzhen was established in March 2005, located on the  19/F, Tower D, China Resources Landmark, with an office area of over 2,500 square meters. It currently has more than 200 registered lawyers, trainee lawyers, lawyer assistants, administrative staff, and others. Since its establishment, W&H Shenzhen has received support and trust from all sectors of society, and has built close partnerships with numerous institutions.

In May 2005, the Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology established the "Shenzhen Legal Rights Protection Center for Science and Technology Workers" in W&H Shenzhen; in 2012, the "Teaching Practice Base of School of Law, China University of Political Science and Law" and the "Teaching Practice Base of School of Law, Harbin Institute of Technology" were successively established in W&H Shenzhen; in December 2015, W&H Shenzhen, together with the China-ASEAN Legal Cooperation Center, jointly established the "China-ASEAN Legal Cooperation (Qianhai) Center"; in January 2017, in collaboration with the Nanshan District Justice Bureau of Shenzhen, W&H Shenzhen established the "Shenzhen Nanshan District Innovation and Entrepreneurship Legal Service Center" and put it into operation. In 2019 and 2020, the Party Branch of W&H Law Firm /Shenzhen was rated as an Advanced Primary Party Organization in the lawyer industry at the municipal and provincial levels, respectively.
