Experience

Mr. Sun studied at the School of Management of Fudan University, as well as qualified as a member of Sloan Chinalab. He is a partner in W&H (Shanghai) Law Firm and prior to joining W&H, he spent more than 5 years working for Huiye Law Firm and Duan & Duan Law Firm.

 

Mr. Sun’s practice is diverse and he has strong capability in commercial disputes, criminal compliance, corporate governance, corporate structuring, data protection and electronic commerce, etc. His practice benefits greatly from his extensive experience in management industry, which helped him acquire deep understanding of the legal and compliance functions, control processes, organizational structures, and policies and procedures at companies. The clients he served include China Mobile, CITIC Bank, COSCO Shipping, New World, IKEA, etc.

 

Recently, Mr. Sun has published a book named ‘In-depth Compliance Management: System, Review and Practice’, and has participated in the compilation of books including ‘Shanghai Modern Service Industry Development Report’ and ‘Import and Export Trade Compliance Legal Practice'.

 

Mr. Sun also specializes in blockchain technologies and was invited to attend the 5th Academic Conference Summit Forum ‘Blockchain Changes the World’. Inspired by the conference, he wrote an article titled ‘Dual-chain Integration: Variables and Legal Control about Blockchain Reshaping Supply Chain’ which was published in the website called ‘All China Lawyers Association'.
