Practiced law since 1994 with famous law firms in Beijing, specializing in real estate & bank mortgage and advising Bank of China, China Construction Bank and China Impor t and Export Bank on project financing.
Deeply involved since 1997 in Internet startups, operations and venture capital investment and advised Internet Café, B2B/B2C e-commerce platforms and news portals as legal counsel.
Participated in Beijing Qianlong News Net as co-founder and Vice President for Operations in 2000.
Joined Rohm and Haas Company in 2001, with positions from e-business manager for Asia Pacific Region, and then Legal Counsel and Government Relations Director, with successful experience in rolling out ERP and CRM programs in China.
Since June, 2009 acted as Government Affairs Leader for Dow Chemical, China for mega projects of total US20B investment in north Shaanxi.
