Ms. Heidy Han has been practicing law in Shanghai since 2009, with a focus on the areas of international business. She has represented many multinational companies in connection with cross-border M&A, commercial negotiations, foreign direct investment and their business and operations in China. She serves as the legal counsel for many foreign invested companies, listed companies and Chinese large-scaled companies. In recent years, she has assisted several Chinese companies in investing in the areas of the U.S., Canada, Australia, European Union, Africa and Asia.
