Ms. Wang concentrates on legal affairs in corporate and business field. She has first-hand thorough experience in various foreign-directed investment projects and follow-up establishment and maintenance of corporate operation. Ms. Wang has assisted various clients to complete adjustment in enterprise structure and management. Her knowledge in general corporate law has won her opportunities to provide legal services in every aspect, such as employee incentive program, shareholding structure adjustment and cross-border share pledge, corporate structure and management health check and adjustment, M&A and many others. When representing clients in complicated commercial disputes, such as contract disputes, trademark and other IPR infringements, unfair competition and others, Ms. Wang has artfully employed her great sense of commercial insight and experience in legal fields related to daily corporate operation and exceptional circumstances.
During her course of providing legal service in finance lease fields to a renown European finance lease company, Ms. Wang has also accumulated deep understanding of PRC laws and practices in finance lease and related financial fields. Her services in the finance lease field include design of group-level cooperation structure, design of workflow and schema for the implementation and management of finance lease contract, collection strategy, compliance evaluation and other common aspects.
Brenda holds a MA. Sc. in Experimental Psychology and a dual degree of B.A. in Psychology and German from University of Michigan, USA. She has studied, worked and lived in the US, Germany and China and worked as a researcher and instructor at University of Michigan before joining the team.
