Experience

Ms. Wang joined W&H Law Firm in April 2017. Before joining W&H, she practiced as a senior IP lawyer in Zhong Lun Law Firm from 2014 to 2017, and worked as an in-house IP counsel from 2003 to 2013. She was once in charge of all the IP license and litigation matters in ZTE Corporation, and managed the IP team to handle all kinds of global IP matters in Suntech Power Corporation.

Ms. Wang is specialized in and good at handling IP disputes and IP transactions, especially in the patent field. She has provided legal services for clients from China, United States, Europe and Japan in patent invalidations, patent disputes, trade secret disputes, technical contract disputes, copyright disputes, competition disputes, IP licensing projects and FTO (Freedom to Operate) projects. She is highly praised for her ability to provide systematic solutions of IP protection and IP risk management as well as her high responsiveness, precision and decisiveness.

Ms. Wang represented clients in number of patent disputes involving Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and advised clients in some SEPs licensing projects. Ms. Wang represented clients in many copyright disputes and unfair competition disputes, in some of which she assisted clients to obtain preliminary injunctions successfully. Ms. Wang also has professional experience in handling IP administrative enforcement and customs protection issues in China.
