Ms. Sun has assisted many well-known multi-national foreign invested companies on corporate establishment, liquidation, comprehensive business restructure, and helped client to solve labor, commercial contract, customs, taxes, foreign exchange and other issues from operations. In addition, Ms. Sun also helps her clients on corporate preventive/post-risk control, corporate governance, IPR protection etc. Employing her strong communication skills and problem-solving approaches, she helps her clients to solve difficult commercial contract-related matters.
She was one of the five members of the strategy and executive committee of a subsidiary of a foreign listed company when acting as its legal counsel, and she has developed very good business sense and the ability to identify solutions to achieve the balance between the business needs and risk management.
