The disputes she handled mainly include international trade, loan and guarantee. With extensive experience in dispute resolutions, she has in-depth insight and understanding of Chinese law and practice.
She has also served as a legal advisor for many domestic and international corporations. She not only regularly advises various companies on their investments, intellectual property, transaction and day-to-day operation in PRC, but also provides special legal services for domestic state-owned or private companies involving foreign- related business, which includes but not limited to rendering legal advice, conducting due diligence, participating in commercial negotiation, reviewing and drafting legal documents.
