Daniel Tang has over 17 years’ experience working as a lawyer since 2005 and he joined W&H (Shanghai) Law Firm as a senior partner in July 2021 prior to which he was a partner of Duan&Duan Law Firm and Huiye Law Firm.
Daniel is qualified as a certificated tax agent as well as a patent attorney, and has been appointed as a labor dispute arbitrator for over 9 years. He was also a member of Shanghai World Expo Law Research Committee. His previous roles have allowed him to establish and maintain a wide network of compound knowledge, enabling him to render a one-stop, problem-solving oriented legal service to clients and further help clients from multiple perspectives such as tax, commercial, etc.
Daniel has a particular focus on corporation governance, M&As, compliance, intellectual property disputes including trademark, copyright and patent infringement actions, employee relationship management and he is an arbitration and litigation specialist with broad experience in representing his clients as advisor and advocate on various complex commercial disputes ending up in victory.
