Christina has over 12 years’ experience in legal field. She started her career in Sydney Australia in 2007 and worked in a reputable law firm with specialized areas in business and commercial law for the following five years.
Before joining W&H Law Firm, Christina acted as a legal counsel for a Hong Kong public listed company and a Singapore public listed company respectively, and thereafter practiced as a lawyer in China and provided satisfactory professional services for numerous domestic and international clients in the industry of Mining, Oil and gas, agriculture, construction, property development, education, and IT.
With her extensive knowledge and experience in both Common law and civil law system, Christina focuses mainly on Outbound direct investment (ODI), M&A, Joint ventures (JV), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), restructuring, spin-offs, banking & Financing, Contract management and related international dispute resolution. She assisted clients in the investments and related activities in various jurisdictions (Asia, Africa, Australia etc.).
She obtained her Master’s Degree in Law in Beijing in 2007 and continued her study in Macquarie University in Australia on Conveyancing and Law practice in 2011 and was granted conveyancer’s License of New South Wales of Australia. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as well as a Chinese National research project on investment dispute resolution mechanism of the member countries of “Belt and Road” Initiative.
