Experience

Celia is well experienced in protecting IP rights and obtaining remedies at home and abroad. Thanks to her rich experience and full knowledge of IP enforcement and legal systems, she not only guarantees the success rate of the IP actions filed on behalf of the clients, but also successfully assists foreign and Chinese enterprises in developing IP protection strategies in China and internationally.

Celia has worked for one of China High Court for six years with a good understanding of the IP legal system and relevant international laws and treaties in addition to rich experience in IP lawsuits. During her study and work in the U.S.A., she got a full knowledge of American IP protection system and legal system.

Before joining Beijing W&H Law Firm, she has worked for Beijing Kangxin Partners, P.C for twelve years, when she has succeeded in representing many IP lawsuits and protecting clients' IP rights and legal interests to the greatest extent.
