Criminal defense is W&H law firm’s one of core practices, which has a long history since 1995. The criminal defense team, which includes different branches, is committed to excellence in the practice of criminal defense.

The criminal defense team is composed of more than 50 lawyers, some of them are good at English. The team has defended many high-profile individuals, including persons in charge of large state-owned companies, famous entrepreneurs and senior officers of multinational corporations, and has also provided guidance in formulating compliance/anti-corruption rules for multinational corporations, state-owned companies and financial institutions.
